On this page we’ll do our best to give you all the answers about working with vector designs, making a purchase , download your files and use them in your projects and why not hire us to create a custom designs just for you.
Q: How do I make a purchase?
A: Find the item you want, click add to cart, then proceed to checkout, from there you’ll be taken to the PayPal secure payment page where you will make the payment.
Q: How do I get the file after I make the payment?
A: Once the payment is completed through PayPal, you will receive an automatic e-mail from us, containing a link to your file, which you can download to your device.
Q: Will the watermark be removed after I purchase my design?
A: Absolutely! We only use the watermark on the web page, your purchased file will have the watermark removed.
Q: Do I have to Sign Up to download a file?
A: Not at all, you can use express checkout and it will take you directly to PayPal payment page.
By design, the default checkout page will not ask you to create an account with us, but you do have that option if you want to, just tick or check the “Create an account” option.
Q: What are the benefits of having an account with us?
A: If you choose to Sign Up on our website, you can login anytime you want, you can go to your user control panel and organize your multiple purchases from there.
Q: What programs do I need to view or edit a vector design?
A: Any program that can handle vector graphics can open, view and modify our designs.
You may want to try Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, or a free program called Inkscape.
Q: Can I easily make changes on your designs?
A: It depends on your skill, it’s not that hard, but you must learn the basics first on how to use a vector editing program.
Q: Can you make changes for me on the design I just bought?
A: We sure can, but it will add up a custom editing fee starting from $50 per design, please let us know what do you have in mind and we’ll do our best to help you.
Q: Can I make my own changes on a design and resell it?
A: You can make any changes you want and you can use our designs on apparel, business cards, calendars, special gifts or anything else you need, but you are not allowed to resell our designs.
Q: If a purchased file is corrupted or lost, can you help me with that?
A: Yes, please contact us with your e-mail that you used when you made the purchase and we’ll send you a new file.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We can only offer a refund if you are in the situation that you’ve added the same product to cart multiple times, in which case we will refund all the extra funds that exceeds your initial purchase.
We cannot offer a refund if you make an accidental purchase. We sell downloadable designs, the system is setup to automatically send a download access information via e-mail once a payment is completed.
Q: Do you save my payment or personal details on file?
A: No we don’t! We use PayPal as a payment processor, basically, when you place an order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website and you will complete the payment there
Q: Can you offer “design packs” or bundles?
A: We will have this option in the future.
Q: Can you go on and create a custom design for me?
A: Yes we can! If you want to surprise the person you love or if you simply need a custom design please e-mail us with a couple of details about the design and we’ll get back to you with a fair quote. Pricing for custom artwork is about $350 per design.
Q: How does the custom design process work?
A: Please contact us first and let us know the project details, we also need a good picture of your car that should be designed. We will send you a fair quote for the work and if accepted we’ll ask for a non refundable down payment. Once we start to work on your design it will take about seven days until your project is completed, we will send you a jpg. preview image via e-mail, in this phase we can do slight adjustments on the artwork, when it’s all set and approved we’ll send the final invoice for the balance and upon payment we’ll provide you with the original vector image of your artwork.
